Negra was in the Animalis Centrum Shelter in Kaštela for only a few weeks before the German charity which has collaborated with the shelter for many years found her a home to match her character and needs.

Annie, by contrast, spent three years in the shelter. Those three years served her well. She had the chance to socialize with a lot of other dogs and people, and to take part in different activities, all of which boosted her confidence and her trust in people. Added to the fact that she has always been an extremely intelligent and loving dog, she will certainly bring delight to her new owners.

The homing of these two beautiful dogs means that all the dogs we have rescued on Hvar and put into the Animalis Centrum Shelter to date have found their forever homes. All credit to the Filipović family and their staff who, with unstinting care, run the shelter to standards which surpass most (possibly all) other animal shelters in Croatia and abroad. We and all the animals you have helped owe you a huge debt of eternal gratitude!
