In accordance with the ECO HVAR Statute, clause 15, and the Resolution from the RH SDŽ General Administration Office, an Election Meeting was held on Wednesday 23rd March 2022, at 17:00 at Kušaona 409 Jelsa.

Present: Dinka Barbić, Branko Bunčuga, Debora Bunčuga, Marija Bunčuga, Frank John Duboković, Vivian Grisogono, Dragutin Vojnović, Mauricette Vojnović.

Apologies for absence: Carol Adeney, Amanda Blanch, Ingrid Bujis, Katia Dawnay, Žarko de Grisogono, Klara Papugova, Sara Radonić, Jasenka Splivalo, Frank Verhart.

The meeting began at 17:30.

AGENDA

1. Opening of the meeting, count of those present, appointment of meeting secretary.

2. Election of officials.

Candidate for President: Vivian Grisogono

Candidate for Secretary: Debora Bunčuga

Candidates for Management Committee: Marija Bunčuga,Dinka Barbić, Sara Radonić

3. Any other business.

1. The meeting was opened by the President, who confirmed that the attendance was sufficient to form a quorum.

Marija Bunčuga was appointed Meeting Secretary.

2. Election of Steering Committee Officials. The mandate for several officials had come to an end, and Nada Kozulić had given notice that she would not stand for re-election. The candidates as listed were confirmed as accepted, nem con. All can represent the Association and can be signatories to financial documents.

3. Any other business. There was a general discussion about the Association's various current and future projects.

The meeting formally ended at 18:30.
